R-Jay specializes in Visual Arts, Painting, Drawing, Digital Art, Sketching, Editorial Cartooning, Art History, Culture, and Humanities-related subjects. His background in Culture and Arts Education provides him with a broad understanding of visual arts, cultural studies, teaching strategies, curriculum design, and the historical and social contexts that influence creative expression.

At ECC Dubai, R-Jay supports students across Arts, Visual Arts, History, Humanities, and BTEC programs. He also serves as a BTEC Assessor and Internal Verifier (IV), supporting the assessment and internal verification of student work and helping learners understand assignment requirements, assessment criteria, creative development, and portfolio expectations.

His experience includes six years of tutoring in Journalism and Visual Arts, where he has guided students in painting, editorial cartooning, visual storytelling, composition, creative expression, and the development of individual artistic styles. He has also supported students in preparing creative work for school publications, journalism activities, and competitions.
