Withdrawal Request
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing using ECC's official Withdrawal Form.
Verbal requests, messages, or informal communications shall not constitute notice of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Before Classes Commence
A Student may withdraw from the course before attending any class, lesson, training session, assessment, consultation, orientation, or academic activity, subject to the following conditions:
a) Withdrawal within 24 hours of registration and payment
The Student shall be entitled to a refund of 100% of the Course Fee paid, less any bank charges or payment processing fees incurred through the payment method used, provided that no class, lesson, assessment, consultation, orientation, course access, examination registration, or other academic service has commenced.
b) Withdrawal after 24 hours but within 7 calendar days of registration and payment
The Student shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the Course Fee paid, provided that no class, lesson, assessment, consultation, orientation, course access, examination registration, or other academic service has commenced.
c) Withdrawal after 7 calendar days of registration and payment
Any request for withdrawal and refund after 7 calendar days from the date of registration and payment shall follow ECC’s refund policy and procedures and shall be subject to ECC’s review and approval.
d) Non-Refundable Fees
Registration Fees, Exam Fees, Other Fees, administrative charges, books, printed materials, past paper booklets, subscriptions, bank charges, payment gateway fees, VAT amount, third-party fees, and any costs incurred by ECC on behalf of the Student are non-refundable.
Once any class, lesson, assessment, consultation, orientation, course access, examination registration, or other academic service has commenced, all refund requests shall be subject to Section Withdrawal and Refund Calculation, regardless of the number of days since registration.
Withdrawal and Refund Calculation
Any approved refund shall be calculated based on the full standard Course Fee and not on any discounted, promotional, scholarship, package, or reduced fee paid by the Student.
Upon withdrawal, cancellation, suspension, termination, expiry, or discontinuation of the course:
All discounts, scholarships, promotions, special offers, package rates, referral discounts, sibling discounts, corporate discounts, and fee reductions shall automatically become void.
The Student's account shall be recalculated using ECC's standard tuition rate of AED 350 per teaching hour plus applicable VAT.
Registration Fees, Exam Fees, Other Fees, books, printed materials, past paper booklets, subscriptions, administrative fees, third-party fees, bank charges, VAT amount, payment gateway charges, and any costs incurred by ECC on behalf of the Student are non-refundable.
The value of all classes attended, delivered, scheduled, reserved, or otherwise made available to the Student shall be deducted from any refund entitlement.
If the amount paid by the Student exceeds the recalculated value of tuition consumed and applicable charges, the remaining balance may be refunded.
If the recalculated value of tuition consumed and applicable charges exceeds the amount paid by the Student, the outstanding balance shall remain payable by the Student and shall become immediately due.
No refund shall be processed until all outstanding balances owed to ECC have been settled in full.
ECC reserves the right to recover any outstanding balance together with any applicable administrative, collection, legal, recovery, or banking costs incurred in collecting unpaid amounts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
No Refund Circumstances
Refund shall not be granted under the following circumstances:
The Student has completed the course.
The Course Expiry Date has passed.
The Student has been suspended or dismissed due to misconduct.
The Student fails to attend scheduled classes.
The Student changes personal, academic, employment, travel, immigration, visa, or study plans.
The Student is dissatisfied with grades, examination results, teacher allocation, academic progress, or learning outcomes.
The Student withdraws after all purchased hours have been delivered or scheduled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) working days from the date of final approval by ECC.
Refunds shall only be made by cheque issued under the student name or parents or legal guardian.

Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable once paid:
Registration Fee
Books and printed materials
Past paper booklets
Digital resources
Administrative fees
Third-party fees (i.e. VAT amount)
Bank charges and payment-gateway charges
Any costs already incurred by the Center on behalf of the Student
