Education & Experience

Natasha began her career with a strong passion for teaching Mathematics and supporting student development. She has worked as a Mathematics Lecturer and Subject Matter Expert in Mathematics and Science, teaching and developing educational content for students from Grades 5–12 through JEE level. Her experience includes curriculum development, question-bank preparation, academic content review, student mentoring, career guidance, and academic counseling.

As her career developed, Natasha discovered that her passion for education extended beyond classroom teaching. Her experience working directly with students and understanding their individual strengths, challenges, and future goals led her to transition toward student admissions and academic counseling. This allows her to use her teaching background in a different way—helping students and parents understand educational options, select suitable programs, and make informed decisions about their academic journey.

At ECC Dubai, Natasha serves as an Admissions Officer & Academic Counselor, supporting students and families from their initial inquiry through program selection and enrollment. Her teaching background enables her to understand students from an educator's perspective, while her extensive experience in counseling, client engagement, administration, and education helps her provide clear and personalized guidance.

Natasha also brings significant experience in student and parent counseling, CRM management, inquiry handling, follow-ups, educational services, and relationship management. In previous education-industry roles, she counseled students and parents, managed leads and opportunities, coordinated demonstrations, handled queries, and supported families throughout the decision-making process.

She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mathematics, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Mathematics, and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics, providing her with a strong educational foundation that continues to influence her approach to student admissions and counseling.

For Natasha, moving from teaching into admissions represents a continuation of her passion for education rather than a departure from it. She now uses her experience as an educator to listen to students, understand their goals, identify suitable learning pathways, and support families in making informed educational decisions.
