During her years in traditional school environments, Chloe developed a strong understanding of how children learn, grow, and respond to different teaching approaches. Through this experience, she became increasingly passionate about bridging the gap between classroom learning and the practical skills children need in everyday life. She recognized the importance of giving young learners greater opportunities to develop confidence, independence, communication, financial awareness, creativity, problem-solving, and other essential life skills alongside their education.

This passion led Chloe to take a new direction in her professional journey and co-found the EnrichNest Program, helping to build a curriculum centered on Life Skills, Growth, Collaboration, and Creativity. EnrichNest 20267 Rather than focusing primarily on examinations and traditional measures of achievement, EnrichNest uses an inquiry-based, skills-focused approach in which children actively participate in their learning, explore real-world situations, and develop greater self-belief and independence.

Currently delivering the EnrichNest Program at Educational Coaching Center (ECC Dubai), Chloe specializes in Numeracy & Math Life Skills, Language Life Skills, Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Public Speaking, Expressive Arts, Values, Wellbeing, and Personal Growth. The program also incorporates areas such as AI and Design, creativity, knowledge of the world, and inquiry, connecting learning with practical situations children can understand and apply in everyday life.

Chloe's philosophy is centered on preparing children not only for the next stage of their education, but for life beyond the classroom. Through meaningful projects, discussion, exploration, and real-world experiences, she aims to nurture confident communicators, independent thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and capable young people who are equipped with skills they can carry into their future.
