Elliot Blanche is a UK-qualified Primary Education Teacher and EnrichNest Lead Educator at ECC Dubai, with extensive experience teaching within the British and International Baccalaureate (IB) curricula. He holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Primary Education and brings many years of international teaching experience, with a strong focus on flexible, personalized, and skills-based education.

At ECC Dubai, Elliot delivers the EnrichNest Curriculum, an alternative enrichment program designed to prepare children with both strong educational foundations and the practical skills required for the real world. Rather than focusing solely on examinations, the curriculum emphasizes inquiry, active learning, problem-solving, self-belief, and personal growth.

Elliot specializes in Math Life Skills, Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Public Speaking, Digital Skills, AI, Global Challenges, Language & Literacy, Creative Learning, and Personal Growth Skills. Through projects, practical challenges, collaboration, and real-world scenarios, students learn to apply academic concepts in meaningful and relevant ways.
